The purchase will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner. 5 min walk → U of A & coffee shops 12 min walk → 4th Ave. (Arizona TPT License #21557180) Hosts are Members of Arizonans for Responsible Tourism (AZRT) PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dashboard or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure. NOTE: This casita is located down the block from two fraternities. While guests rarely report any issues with noise, we want to be transparent about our casita's location. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

Comfortable stay at this cute historical bungalow close to UofA . It was walking distance to everything and we didn’t need a rental car to enjoy great restaurants and the entertainment district. Will keep it on our list when visiting our student.

The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit but we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.

Overall great stay. We could walk to everything we needed and it was a great central location for various Tucson activities and hiking spots, which was the main reason for our stay. Very close to the university and off-campus housing. We stayed during the week, but noise at night might have been too much on the weekend due to the campus proximity. Place was clean.There was an extra charge for some of the amenities that are listed as available, such as a pack n play.
