We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. CAMERAS: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property, on the exterior only, to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

House was meticulously clean. Quiet neighborhood. Central location for the events and restaurants we were interested in visiting. Host was quick to respond to questions revolving around booking and throughout our stay. Everything was as advertised. No surprises. Great Hosts.

Stayed for spring break. We had 7 in our group, which was perfect for all of us. Very close to the zoo which we went to one day. Would definitely stay at theis house again

Although the host was very attentive, this property just isn’t a good accommodation. The property itself isn’t terrible, although it was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The larger problem is the neighborhood that it’s in; it was not a safe neighborhood. As we drove towards the rental our trepidation increased - the neighborhood we were driving through was very rundown, and not improving as we reached our destination. Six of us stayed for 3 nights. We were attending a softball tournament at the U of A. It was about a 10 minute drive to the stadium. The house was everything we needed. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that it was hard to find simply because no one gave us a house number. I made a phone call and got directions……but still no house number. Why I didn’t ask is beyond me. LOL. All in all we were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. 2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property. 4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property.
