Positive: Beautiful and spacious! Great king sized bed

Very quiet neighbourhood. It met our needs. We coild have used a pool as it was very hot during our stay. I would recommend this hidden gem to friends and family. Great location to the University of Arizona

As an experienced VRBOer I would say there is way too much room for improvement and upgrades and cleanliness.I cannot recommend.

Our rental worked very well for the two of us. Location was great for getting around Tucson. The place clean with plenty of room to relax. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again.

The unit worked out great for us. It had everything we needed (except a box of Kleenex). The bed was very comfortable- the shower had hot and powerful stream. Having the washer dryer was a bonus.

This guesthouse is a gem! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The photos are accurate, yet the guesthouse lives bigger than they show. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, including a full spice rack and all the necessary cooking implements. The host was quick to respond, like when I couldn't find the thermostat (it's behind the wall mounted TV). We were visiting Tucson to ride bikes and found the neighborhood very bikeable and safe.

Central location in a surprisingly quiet and walkable neighborhood. Great host helped us with figuring out the thermostat. We would stay here again.
