For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon as an additional bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.

Very nice place. Owners communicated promptly. Clean, safe, good bed. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Only improvement we can think of is getting a more comfortable couch. We gave up trying to sit on it for very long because the seat wasn't very deep. Can sèe why it was chosen because of ease of cleaning and durability. Problem is that there was no other place to sit to watch TV. Nice patio

Conveniently located minutes from downtown in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Added security of a locked door leading into the courtyard and the ability to park my car in garage. Would definitely recommend!t
