The second bedroom is on the second floor and does not have doors; it will be somewhat open to the living space. With one king bed and two queen beds, this guesthouse comfortably sleeps 6. This is the second home on an estate property, with a secondary driveway and access from the primary home. The yard is not shared, but the primary home is within 30 yards of this guesthouse, so it does neighbor it. The front home will also be rented, or this guesthouse and the primary home can be rented together as a compound. The entire secondary property is private to the guest. There is zero through traffic. POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly constructed pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $84/day. The fee for the hot tub is $36.75 for 3 hours of heating. Please let us know if you'd like one or both heated during your stay, and we'll be sure they're ready for you upon arrival. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

This place was very clean and well organized with all the amenities needed. Close to shopping and attractions. The only downside is that you have to pay to heat the hot tub and pool. And you get a 3 hour window of hot tub heat per day. This is the first time I have seen this with a hot tub and opted out since we did not know when we would need it heated. The pool was cool but warm enough to swim in even though we didn't heat it. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a high-stress business trip with two sets of clients and a dinner out.Gave us space to not only work from "home" but also to unwind, do some venting, and rejuvenate in the pool and hot tub. I loved the turntable, made my day. Cooked a meal in and had everything I needed. Appreciated being able to park in a garage. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed; it's all we ask for. Thank you.

This place fit the bill for our needs. Great location, perfect size house and the pool was fantastic (especially for 100 degree weather).Host was responsive and accommodating. A couple kitchen utensils were broken and replaced quickly. Next time we’re in town, would choose to stay here again.

What an awesome location; it is convenient to Sabino Canyon, shopping, restaurants, and close to The Loop, yet very quiet and private with lovely views. We enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife. Comfy beds, fun layout. Nice 3-week getaway.

Great location to explore Tucson. The home is setup to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful setting. Did not use the pool but the hottub was a nice end to the evening.

    We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully. 1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. 2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property. 4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately. 5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable. 6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables. 7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest's stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance. 8. Innkeepers' Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only. 9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES: a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas. b) NO DIVING. c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub. d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm. e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.
