SPLIT. There is a left unit and a right unit. You are renting one of the two units. (This one is on the left.) The unit has a private little fenced backyard of its own and a private, cozy, little front porch of its own. There is shared parking in the back of the duplex. We are always available to answer questions and help guests. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon so we can have bedding ready for your stay.
