POOLS & HOT TUBS: The fee for heating each pool is $84/day. The fee to heat the hot tub at the guest house is $36.75/day, and there is no additional charge to heat the hot tub at the main house. If you'd like to have the pools and/or hot tub heated, please let us know prior to your arrival. PETS: This is a pet-friendly property, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $155 for one pet and $200 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $155 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Quiet, clean, secluded house with great views, pools and accomodations

This home is incredible! Can’t recommend it enough for a getaway in Tucson. There was plenty of space for 7 adults each with their own room. Every one of them commented on how beautiful the home was. The pool, the views, the amenities, everything was top tier. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a memorable experience. Thank you so much for hosting us and can’t wait to come back again!

There was plenty of room for 11 people (including 4 "singles"), also kid and pet friendly. The pools were super clean and remained that way throughout our stay. The house and grounds were super clean with amazing views, and the AC worked GREAT! The kitchen has just about any feature you could want. It is an easy drive to Tucson for other activities, quiet neighborhood and the use of garages for parking. The Host was very quick to respond when needed. Also there are ample outdoor seating spaces and umbrellas/awnings for shade all day. The theater room was so comfy and fun! Great screen, great sound! There were enough bathrooms for everyone and spaces where you could have some alone time if you wanted. We have been having family getaways for over two decades in mostly VRBO properties and I will say this property is by far the best we have experienced.

    We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully. 1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. 2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property. 4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately. 5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable. 6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables. 7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest's stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance. 8. Innkeepers' Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only. 9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES: a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas. b) NO DIVING. c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub. d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm. e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.
