The shower is large, and the bedroom has a king-size bed and a large closet. The little living area has a sofa, a chair, and a cute gas fireplace with bookshelves on both sides. Take a book, leave a book. You can access the front and back of the home and the private yard. We are available and interact through the app. Just one block from the U of A, this historic neighborhood has a mix of coffee houses, bars, restaurants, single-family homes, and apartments. There is a bar across the street, and Screwbean Brewing is a couple of doors down. (It's a great place with in-house brewed beers, seltzer cocktails, espresso-based beverages, and food from local businesses!) There is a dedicated parking spot in a lot behind the unit. NOTE: There is a bar across the street that often has live music. It can be especially noisy on the weekends, so this might not be the best spot for you if you're looking for a quiet, tranquil stay. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
