After booking, you'll receive a Boarding Pass link via Enso Connect, an AUTHORIZED BOOKING PARTNER, to provide your name, phone, and email, and choose either the Safety Deposit or Damage Waiver. 3 min → U of A (walkable/bikeable) 3 min → Downtown Tucson 25 min → Sabino Canyon The unit is in a triplex and is located upstairs (requires going up and down steps) with a private entrance and balcony. There are two long-term rentals below. We are available and interact through the app. Just one block from the U of A, this historic neighborhood has a mix of coffee houses, bars, restaurants, single-family homes, and apartments. There is a bar across the street, and Screwbean Brewing is just around the corner. (It's a great place with in-house brewed beers, seltzer cocktails, espresso-based beverages, and food from local businesses!) NOTE: There is a bar across the street that often has live music. It can be especially noisy on the weekends, so this might not be the best spot for you if you're looking for a quiet, tranquil stay. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Great location for experiencing all that Tucson has to offer! Loved the brewpub and NYPD Pizza, which were a block away. Easy access to public transit. DT and 4th Ave are walking distance. As is the best coffee I've ever had...Presta Coffee! And I know my coffee.Felt very safe, as a solo female traveler.Bed and overall vibe was very comfy. Loved the SW decor touches. Just the right amount of "boho". Thank you for a great stay!

It was adorable! The only reason I have one of the items about how it relates to online was because the pictures show no stove but there is! A whole kitchen we were able to prepare meals in! It was clean, the bed was comfortable/the couch! I fell in love with that couch it was so comfortable! The host was very communicative, and polite! The Only only thing I could have wished more for was water pressure in the shower but I understand that sometimes those things can’t be helped and that’s okay it didn’t take away from our stay at all!

Host was welcoming it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was so low and they said they'd fix it but did not. Also, there was no basic first aid kit in the home which feels like a necessity

We stayed here during the time that we dropped our daughter off to college. We chose this property due to the proximity to campus and the pictures online. The hosts were incredible at communication - absolutely exceeded expectations. The location was a very short walk to campus and we enjoyed the area very much. The rental unit is on the top floor of a triplex and we found it smaller than we expected but candidly it was on par with the description for the unit - so that was entirely on us.

Spot was great. Walking distance to UofA, 4th Ave, and downtown. Nice little fenced yard to let dog out if needed. Had all amenities and appliances that we needed. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this charming and spotless loft apartment! The location was perfect—close to campus and in a great neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive to any questions. Had a minor issue with hot water, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, a fantastic experience, and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great stay overall! The property manager was very responsive when we had some plumbing issues with the shower and sink, everything was fixed by the next day, and they checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The location is convenient for a quick stay near the University. We appreciated the host’s willingness to work with us on a fair resolution, which made for a positive experience.
